We’re headquartered on 5th Avenue near Union Square in Manhattan, but we’re remote-friendly. Half of our engineering team works remotely, so we know how to keep everyone on the same page. And we get the whole gang together in NYC twice a year! While we prefer our product designers and product managers to be local, we’re pretty flexible about working outside of the office if you ever need to.
We offer competitive salaries and extensive benefits packages
Medical, dental, and vision coverage from your first day, some plans at no cost to employees. Access to life, auto, home, pet, and other insurances. Option to participate in 401(k) enrollment and pre-tax commuter benefits. 20 PTO days per calendar year, plus 11 paid holidays, and sick days whenever you need them.
There are other perks—happy hours about twice a month (if you don’t drink, no pressure), weekly company lunches, and snacks and soft drinks whenever you want them. Not to mention you’re automatically on the guest list for all of our Meetups.
Work-life balance is an important part of our DNA
Two cornerstones of our Postlight Policies include Parental Leave and Professional Development. We offer paid leave for both primary and secondary caregivers, and a flexible work schedule for returning parents. (We understand that parents need to leave early sometimes, too.) We also encourage ongoing learning with our Professional Development Program—each employee is entitled to a budget per calendar year to spend on learning initiatives they (and their manager) agree will help them during their time at and beyond Postlight.
A quick note about how we recruit
We’re always excited about new folks submitting their resumes to our job postings, but we’re not always actively hiring. Since we’re an agency, the cadence of our hiring depends on what’s happening with our clients. Please always feel free to submit a resume and someone will contact you with some sort of update—whether to kick off the interview process, or tell you we want to chat but the timing is a bit off, or let you know that what we’re looking for differs from what you have to offer. If you have follow up questions, send a note to [email protected]. We’re always actively working on creating a respectful, inclusive hiring practice and organizational culture. We’d love to hear from you.
